How long does it take to get started with MedFlow?

Most practices are fully onboarded and submitting clean claims within 30 days. We handle the transition from your current system, including any data migration, EHR integration, and payer notification. There's no gap in billing during the switch.
Do you work with my existing EHR system?

Yes. MedFlow integrates with all major EHR platforms including Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, Kareo, DrChrono, and 40+ others. If you're on a niche or custom system, we'll assess integration options during your free audit at no cost.
What does MedFlow charge for its services?

Our pricing is percentage-of-collections based, typically ranging from 3–7% depending on your specialty, volume, and service tier. There are no setup fees, no long-term contracts, and no hidden charges. You only pay when you get paid — our incentives are perfectly aligned.
Is my patient data secure with MedFlow?

Absolutely. We are HIPAA certified, SOC 2 Type II audited, and use AES-256 encryption for all PHI in transit and at rest. We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every client as a matter of course — it's required, not optional for us.
Can MedFlow take over an existing AR backlog?

Yes — and it's one of our most common engagements. We regularly take over aged AR dating back 12–24 months and recover significant balances that previous billers had written off. Our AR cleanup team works these accounts systematically before transitioning to ongoing billing management.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No. We operate on month-to-month agreements after the initial 90-day onboarding period. We believe our results speak for themselves — you stay because the billing is excellent, not because you're locked in.
